or for a family member who cannot physically come to the healing space.
Through distant healing, they too can receive the same deep, nurturing energy.
Each person experiences energy in their own unique way, depending on their sensitivity and how their body responds.
Some may feel a sudden warmth or coolness in certain areas of the body, or a gentle current of energy flowing inside.
Some might see colors, lights, or even experience dreamlike visions with their eyes closed.
Some find that the heaviness lifts, their mind feels lighter and brighter or fresh insights into things that once felt tangled or unclear.
Many people feel a profound sense of peace filling their entire body, or drift naturally into a deep, restful sleep without even realizing it.
All of these experiences are natural responses—
whether during a distant healing or an in-person energy session.

While you are resting and receiving, I am also fully present, working with you in real-time, exactly as if you were physically here.
Every step of the healing process, the time devoted, and the energy shared, remains the same as during an in-person session.
Distance does not weaken or dilute the healing connection.

During the session, it’s best to avoid engaging in other activities— such as walking around, talking, checking your phone, or answering calls.
Give your body and mind the gift of true rest, allowing yourself to fully relax, free from external distractions, so you can open yourself to receive the healing in its purest form.
If you’ve never tried distant healing before and feel a bit hesitant—wondering whether it will work for you, or whether you’ll be able to feel the energy—that’s completely natural.
In that case, you might consider experiencing an in-person energy healing session first.
It can help you become familiar with the sensations of energy flowing through your body.
Afterward, you may find it easier to recognize and trust the experience of distant healing.
This way, you can discover which style of healing feels most natural and supportive for you.
About the Healing Session
- Before we begin, find a peaceful place where you can settle in quietly, and allow your body and heart to gently open for the journey ahead.
- The entire session lasts about 60 minutes.
We can connect through Zoom, Google Meet, or what app video call—whichever feels easiest for you. - At the start, we’ll take 10 to 15 minutes to check in, set your intentions, and answer any questions if it’s your first session.
- During the session, simply rest—lying down or sitting in any way that feels natural. There’s nothing you need to do, just relax and allow yourself to receive.
- We’ll begin with a short relaxation to help you settle in and open your energy to receive more fully.
- After the session, I’ll share what I noticed in your energy and offer a few simple ways to support your journey. We’ll also leave some space for reflections or anything you’d like to share.


After Your Session
- Everyone experiences sound healing in their own way.
Some feel deeply relaxed, grounded, and calm. Others describe it as a gentle “reset”—as if their body, heart, and mind were recharged from within. - You may notice that long-held tension has softened, your breath feels easier, or you’re sleeping more deeply. Some people feel lighter emotionally—like something heavy quietly left the body.
- To help your healing continue to integrate naturally, I lovingly recommend:

— Choose warm, light meals and drink plenty of water
— Give yourself time to be alone, or simply be quiet
— Take a slow walk, stretch, or reconnect with nature
— Listen to calming music, read something soft, or simply rest.
— Go to bed early to support your energy as it resets and flows. - This isn’t just a quick fix or moment of peace—it’s a sacred pause.
