< Client Story|A Musician Meets the Medicine of Sound  >

The guest who came in today seemed to have been carrying a bit too much on his plate lately.
The pressure from work had built up, and all he wanted was a moment to breathe and release.

Though he had never stepped into the world of energy healing before, his work in the music industry gave him a natural curiosity about today’s sound-based experience—and maybe, just a touch of quiet hope.

After guiding him to relax his body and gently release the noise in his mind, we began the session.

Soon, I noticed he had slipped into a deep state of stillness—perhaps even dozed off for a while.
(This is quite common. The bowls often guide the body and mind into deep relaxation, while energy begins to flow naturally through the system.)

Afterward, he shared some truly fascinating reflections:

“My mind feels empty… quiet… deeply relaxed.
Throughout the session, my muscles would twitch—almost like my body was checking if I was still awake.
There was sound, yes—but also vibration, resonance…
The sound felt… soul-calming.

It was the first time I’d heard someone use the phrase soul-calming—so I asked what he meant.

“It’s like no matter what state your body is in,
the sound instantly stops everything—like a reset.”

(This is actually one of the benefits of Tibetan bowls.
They quiet the mind, pause looping thoughts, and bring us into the present moment.)

“The vibration felt like ultrasound—frequencies entering the body again and again.
Even though it’s called ‘sound healing,’ it’s not just about hearing.
I believe even someone who can’t hear would still feel its effects.
But if your hearing is sensitive, I imagine it works even more deeply.”

“At some point, Celia’s voice guiding the session began to drift away,
but I was still very aware—I hadn’t fallen asleep.
Then suddenly, a brilliant light appeared.
So bright, I had to force my eyes shut…
When I opened them again, the room actually looked darker.”

(I explained that what he saw was high-frequency light energy.
During sessions, I often call in light and direct it into the body.
Sensing this light is a beautiful sign that the body is receiving higher-vibration healing.)

“Once I got used to the light, my mind started jumping.
I saw flashes—like watching scenes from different movies of my past.
But I couldn’t choose what to see.
Sometimes it was just a word, a moment, or a memory.
Each time the bowl was struck, the image would change.”

(This, too, is very common.
Tibetan bowls help shift the brain into meditative states,
which can release memories or subconscious fragments stored deep within.)

“I could feel the emotions from the memory,
but I was also watching it from outside—like I wasn’t inside it anymore.”

(That’s exactly what healing is:
to separate your awareness from the old emotions
and view them from the present, grounded self.)

“Later, one word filled my entire awareness—‘OM.’
And then… the light came back.”

(I smiled and told him:
OM is the first syllable of the sacred mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum.”
It’s said to be the sound of the Universe itself—a powerful vibration for healing.)

“Right before the session ended, I saw a bright flag…
with a very unusual shape.”

(Visions like these often carry messages—
a bit like dreams do.
Flags represent communication or the arrival of a message.
Perhaps something meaningful is about to show up in his life.)

I’m so grateful this session gave him the rest and release he needed—
and even more touched that he later messaged me saying his sleep had become so much deeper.

Looking forward to seeing what his next session will bring ✨🎵
