- Take a moment to confirm the address and your travel time, and give yourself enough space to arrive without rushing. A calm arrival supports a calm heart.
- We recommend arriving about 5 minutes early so you can gently settle into the space and prepare to receive fully.
- Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting pants, and for women, a soft, non-wired bra is best to allow the body to relax.
- For sound healing sessions, kindly wear a simple, smooth top without buttons, zippers, or decorative stitching, so the bowls can rest gently on your body without disruption.
