Since our bodies are over 70% water, and water is the best conductor of sound, the vibrations from the singing bowl don’t just stay on the surface. They ripple deep into your bones and cells, like a soft whisper to your entire being… calling each part of you back into balance.
And the healing doesn’t stop at the physical level.
When our minds are overwhelmed, it’s like a crowded city street—loud, restless, chaotic.

Sound healing sessions are done fully clothed. During the session, I’ll gently place bowls on or around your body, and lightly touch areas like the shoulders, arms, hips, and feet at the beginning and end—but only if you’re comfortable with that.
Before we begin, I’ll always ask for your consent and explain everything clearly.
If you prefer a fully non-touch session, that’s completely welcome.
I’ll adapt the session in a way that feels safe, respectful, and supportive—just for you.

I’ve completed professional training and continue to deepen my studies, always learning with humility and care.
Each session is guided not only by knowledge, but also by presence, intuition, and the sincere intention to walk beside you—gently, and with heart.


What to Expect During Your Session
Each session lasts around 90 minutes.
We’ll begin with a 10–15 minute conversation to check in on how you’re feeling and what you’re hoping to receive or release during the session. I’m here to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
After that, you’ll simply lie down and relax.
The sound healing portion lasts about 60 minutes. I’ll gently place Tibetan singing bowls around or on your body and softly strike them, allowing the vibrations to move through you like waves—loosening what’s stuck and soothing your nervous system.
We’ll end with a few quiet minutes of integration, giving your body and spirit time to gently awaken.
Afterward, there will be space for sharing or reflection. You’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself and your inner rhythm.
After Your Session
Everyone experiences sound healing in their own way.
Some feel deeply relaxed, grounded, and calm. Others describe it as a gentle “reset”—as if their body, heart, and mind were recharged from within.
You may notice that long-held tension has softened, your breath feels easier, or you’re sleeping more deeply. Some people feel lighter emotionally—like something heavy quietly left the body.
To help your healing continue to integrate naturally, I lovingly recommend:
— Avoid rushing back into a busy schedule
— Choose warm, light meals and drink plenty of water
— Give yourself time to be alone, or simply be quiet
— Take a slow walk, stretch, or reconnect with nature
— Listen to calming music, read something soft, or simply rest
— Go to bed early to support your energy as it resets and flows
